13-188(d)(2): At the shallow portions of the pool or where depths are five feet (5’) or less shall have permanent “No Diving” in minimum two inch (2”) black letters with white background spaced evenly around the pool perimeter located next to the depth markers within eighteen inches (18”) of pool wall. -Observed "No Diving" lettering smaller than 2 inches.

13-202(g): An operable, hard0wired, weatherproof telephone with direct 911 access shall be readily available at all times. Phone was not operating.

13-189(c)(1): The free chlorine residual in all parts of the pool shall be maintained at a concentration no less then 3ppm and shall not exceed 10ppm. Pool was observed at 11.1ppm.

13-190(a): The equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty-four (24) hour basis in order to meet the minimum required turnover rate. The turnover rate observed was 60GPM and should be reaching 75GPM.

13-196(a)(4) Each skimmer shall have properly designed and operable weirs. Replace missing weirs.
