28 - flow meter: appropriate range and location
Regulation: 511-3-5-.07(4)(b) - (b) a flow meter measuring the rate of flow through the filter system with an appropriate range readable in gallons per minute (gpm) and accurate within ten percent actual flow shall be provided. the flow indicator shall be capable of measuring from
13-190(a)(7) - nAn adequately sized flow meter shall be installed on the return line to accurately indicate the circulation rate in gallons per minute (GPM); Shall be conspicuously located. At the time of inspection the gallons per minute (GPM) was observed broken and circulation rate could not be measured. Pool operator was advised to have flow meter replaced by next inspection.
29 - toilets & lavatories: clean, maintained, and stocked
13-201(k) Toilet & Lavatories: Clean, maintained and stocked: A minimum of 1 diaper changing station for babies shall be provided in each men's and women's section of the bath house. At the time of inspection baby changing station was not provided. Person in charge was advised to have a baby diaper changing station installed in both the men's and women's bath house. Okay to permit.. Pool can remain open.
