Observed two cartons of oatmilk dated 1-5-25 stored in walk in freezer of facility.
CA: milk, and time/temperature control safety foods that are labeled as “keep refrigerated” and that are for sale or service to the consumer or used as an ingredient in other foods shall be immediately discarded and shall not be sold, served, or used after the manufacturer’s expiration date or the sell-by date.
COS: PIC voluntarily discarded oatmilk.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean

Observed significant mold accumulation on storage racks, flooring, and interior walls within the walk-in cooler. PIC stated that they recently had issues where the cooler lost temperature and had to be repaired.
CA: Recommended several steps for addressing the issue. These included removing all items from the cooler to allow full access to affected surfaces, scrubbing the interior—including racks, floors, and walls—with a detergent solution, and applying a sanitizing agent that is approved for use on food-contact surfaces.

Observed corrosion on the storage racks located across from the three-compartment sink. Recommendation if cant fully clean please replace.
CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
