Upon arrival, observed a food handler wearing a watch while preparing a sandwich to serve to a customer.

CA:(g) Jewelry. Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food.

Advised Person-in-Charge a plain wedding band is the only jewelry allowed to wear while preparing/handling food.

Observed person-in-charge pour sanitizer from sanitizer bucket into the only designated hand washing sink in the facility. CA: Handwashing facility shall not be used for other purposes than for handwashing.

Observed floors unclean with black debris on the floor inside walk-in-cooler and freezer. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.
