13-202(d): Pool shall be provided with a coast guard approved lifesaving ring firmly attached to rope handles and a throwing rope with a diameter of 1/4”-3/8”. Observed life ring rope handle broken.
19 - adequate turnover rate
13-190(a): The equipment shall be operated continuously to obtain the minimum required turnover of one turnover every 4 hours. The minimum required flow meter reading to achieve the required turnover is 120 on each flow meter (2). Observed a flow meter reading of 50 on each flow meter.
15 - depth and no diving markers, step marking; installed and contrasting
13-188(d)(1): Permanent, slip resistant depth markers at least 4 inches high in black letters and numbers on a white background indicated in feet and inches arranged uniformly on all sides of the pool are required. Observed depth markers not marked in feet and inches (4 1/2 ft).
29 - toilets & lavatories: clean, maintained, and stocked
13-201(k): A minimum of 1 diaper changing station for babies shall be provided in each women’s and men’s bathroom. Observed no diaper changing station in either bathroom. No IHH at this time.

13-198(a): The entry door to the equipment room shall be kept locked except for the pool servicing equipment. Observed no lock on the equipment room door. COS.
