Observed the flow meter not working properly Corrective Action: 13-190(a) - The equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty-four(24) hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of four (4) turnovers per day, or one turnover every six (6) hours (pools), every 30 mins for spa. Advised to have repaired.
Observed pool surface with debris build and visible scum on the bottom surface area. Corrective Action: 13-189(a)(5)All pools shall be kept free from sediment, dirt or debris by frequent brushing and vacuuming of the bottom and sidewall Visible scum shall be removed immediately. Advised PIC pool shall be drain and deep cleaned given 30 days.
Observed chemical door open upon entering pool area. Corrective Action: 13-198(a)- The entry door shall open to the exterior of the equipment room or enclosure and shall be kept locked except for pool servicing. Corrected onsite: door was closed and locked.

Advised to have phone repaired. 13-202(g) - An operable hard-wired, weatherproof telephone with direct 911 access or capability installed in a conspicuous location shall be readily available at all times within the pool enclosure
