13-189(c)(6) At All times when a pool is in use the water shall be of such clarity that the main drains on the bottom of the pool at the deepest point are clearly visible from the deck. I observed that the water was not clear enough to see the main drains.
6 - proper disinfectant level
Regulation: .17(1)(a)(b) - proper disinfectant level
13-189 (c)(1) Free chlorine residual shall be maintained at concentration of no less than 3 ppm. I observed 1.50 ppm.
28 - flow meter: appropriate range and location
13-190(a)(7) An adequately sized flow meter shall be installed on the return line to indicate the circulation rate in gallons. I observed the flow meter was not present.
37 - other violations of the chapter
13-198(a) The equipment room for pool supplies shall be kept clean safe and adequately lighting. I observed it was the equipment room was not clean.
