13-202(m): safety rules and regulations shall be easily readable and shall be conspicuously posted in the pool area; the bather load was not observable on any posting at time of inspection

13-201(k): at all times, an adequate supply of liquid soap, toilet paper, and paper towels shall be provided in all restrooms; at time of inspection, neither women's nor men's restroom had soap

13-202(g):An operable, hard-wired, weatherproof telephone, with direct 911 access. Observed the emergency phone was not operable. Advised them to get the phone working.

13-202(d):Lifesaving equipment shall be mounted in a conspicuous place and be readily available for use and in good condition. Observed the shepherd's hook was not mounted on the wall. Advised to have hook mounted on the wall.

13-196(a)(4):Each skimmer shall have a properly designed and operating weir. Observed debris in the skimmer and dead frogs. Advised them to keep the skimmers clean.

13-201(k):At all times, an adequate supply of liquid soap, toilet paper and paper towels shall be provided. Observed the automatic paper towel dispenser and soap didn't work and needed batteries. Advised to check the batteries so paper towels and soap can be utilized.

13-187(c): current inspection report shall be displayed. Observation: no inspection report displayed. Advised to post the most current report.

13-202(c): Each pool operator shall maintain and make available for inspection the daily record of operating information and other info such as pH, chlorine, and maintenance procedures. 13-189(c)(4)The pool water shall be tested for disinfectant level and pH at least 2 times a day. Observed no records for disinfectant testing 2 times a day.

13-187(c): A copy of pool operators certificate shall be conspicuously displayed near operating permit. Observed pool operator's certificate on phone.

13-197(k) All pools shall have adequate, safe, and secure dedicated storage for pool chemicals. Observed chemicals stored directly on the ground inside the pump room. Advised CPO (certified pool operator) all chemicals shall be stored six inches above the ground.

13-202(k)Each pool facility shall have in a place a departmentally approved EAP(emergency action plan). Pool facility lacking an emergency action plan. Provided assistant manager an emergency action plan template.

13-189(c)(1): The pool shall be maintained with pH level of 7.2-7.8. Obs: pH initially was 6.6. CPO adjusted to 7.7.

13-202(m): Rules must contain minimum of 12 statements in the pool code. Observation: signs are missing bather load, no bathers with open wounds, bathers shall wear bathing attire, and no spitting/spouting rules.
