Observed an unopened package of raw chicken breast and a bin of prepped raw chicken stored on shelves directly above a container of ready-to-eat beans and a container of raw cut steak. Advised PIC on how to properly separate foods. COS: PIC rearranged foods so they were separated according to the food's minimum internal cook temperature, with highest minimum temperature foods at the bottom and ready-to-eat foods at the top. The container of prepped raw chicken and the unopened package of raw chicken breasts were placed on the very bottom shelf (cooks to 165F), the raw cut steak was placed on the shelf above the raw chicken (cooks to 155F) and the ready-to-eat beans were placed on the top shelf.
