3 - hot/cold running water under pressure in all required locations of tourist accommodation
Regulation: 511-6-2-.07(2) - hot water supply
Observed water in all rooms under pressure reading between 88-107. Cold running water under pressure shall be provided to all equipment that uses water. Hot and cold running water under pressure shall be provided to all lavatories, bathing facilities, laundry facilities, and water-using equipment where eating and drinking utensils are washed

Observed permit not displayed for public view. Any person operating a tourist accommodation shall obtain and display a valid DPH tourist accommodation permit issued by the Health Authority. Facility must submit name change application by 12/13/2024 to receive valid permit
16 - toilet/lavatory/bathing facility fixtures and rooms clean and maintained; properly lighted, clearly marked, proper signage, and all in good repair

Observed bathroom toilet seats in rooms 350, 311, 215, 232, 250, and 152 loose and unsecure. Toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair
17 - proper ventilation; no sign of mold, mildew, odors or moisture

Observed unclean vets in all rooms inspected. Observed vents not operating properly in rooms 350, 342, 321, 311, and 232.Toilet, lavatory and bathing facilities shall be mechanically ventilated. Where ventilation ducts are used, ducts from toilet rooms shall not be connected into return ventilation ducts to any other room. In existing tourist accommodations permitted prior to the adoption of this rule, the current ventilation must prevent odor, mold, mildew, and moisture
19 - anti-slip tubs/showers, slip strips, mats or appliqué products provided and in good condition

Observed no anti-slip surface in the showers/tubs in rooms 350, 342, 215, 232, 250, 152, 142, and 132. Anti-slip tubs slip strips, appliqués, or slip-proof mats shall be provided in each bathing facility and shall be kept clean and in good repair
