Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(a) - handwashing cleanser, availability (pf)
Observed no handwashing cleanser available at the front handwashing sink. PIC stated that the pump was broken and someone is working on fixing it. CA: Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. COS: PIC placed a bottle of hand soap at the handwashing sink to use while the pump is being repaired.

Observed no hand drying provision at the front handwashing sink. CA: Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a hand drying provision. COS: PIC stocked the handwashing sink with paper towels.

Observed no signage at the front handwashing sink, reminding employees to wash their hands. This was discussed during the initial inspection. CA: A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees. COS: PIC put signage at handwashing sink.
