Observed ham, cheese and eggs cold holding in the reach in cooler at the main kitchen at temperature of 54 degree Fahrenheits, 50 degree Fahrenheits and 54 degree Fahrenheits respectively. The three food items have been sitting in the reach in cooler for more than 24 hours. CA: Temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41 degree Fahrenheits or below. COS: Eggs, ham and cheese were discarded.
