Observed handwashing sink in food prep area without hand soap. Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. COS: PIC Placed container of soap above sink.

Observed handwashing sink in food prep area without hand drying provisions. Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with:

Individual, disposable towels; Pf

A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; Pf

A heated-air hand drying device; Pf or

A hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures. Pf

Observed several containers of food stored in reach-in cooler without a lid or covering. Except as specified under paragraph 2. of this subsection and when cooling as specified in DPH Rule 511-6-1-.04(6)(e)2.(ii), storing the food in packages, covered containers, or wrappings, except for loosely covered or uncovered containers in which food is being cooled if protected from overhead contamination. COS: PIC placed lids and plastic wrap on all containers.

Observed no handwashing sign at handwashing sink in food prep area. A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees. COS: PIC was provided with a handwashing sign to place above handwashing sink.
