Observed orange slime build up in the ice machine at the front of the facility. CA: Except when dry cleaning methods are used as specified under subsection (7)(e) of this Rule, surfaces of utensils and equipment contacting food that is not time/temperature control for safety food shall be cleaned: In equipment such as ice bins. PIC will have ice machine cleaned.
16B - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(r) - system maintained in good repair (p, c)
Observed a leak at the large 3 compartment sink. CA: A plumbing system shall be repaired according to law; P and maintained in good repair. PIC will have leak repaired.

Observed light in the large RIC in the front of the facility not working. CA: At least 20 foot candles (215 lux): Inside equipment such as reach-in and under-counter refrigerators. PIC will have light in RIC repaired to working order.
