Observed the dumpster missing a tight fitting lid. CA: Receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be kept covered with tight-fitting lids or doors if kept outside the food service establishment.

Observed the ceiling tiles in the kitchen not in good repair. CA: Except as specified under subsection (2)(d) of this Rule and except for antislip floor coverings or applications that may be used for safety reasons, floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. PIC will have the ceiling tiles replaced.

Observed TCS food item such as hamburger patties in cold holding not being maintained at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below. CA: Except during preparation, cooking, or cooling, or when time is used as the public health control, time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below. PIC placed the hamburger patties in another container on the cold food table to rapidly cool.

Observed the interior of the ice machine not clean to sight nor touch. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned at a frequency specified by the manufacturer; or absent manufacturer specifications, at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. PIC will wash and sanitize the ice machine interior.

Observed no hot water at the handwashing sink in the women's restroom. CA: Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the food service establishment. PIC will have the hot water issue repaired.

Observed no current inspection report at drive thru window. CA: Post the permit in a location in the food service establishment that is conspicuous to consumers. PIC will display inspection report at the windows.

Observed the interior of the RIF not free from an accumulation of food debris. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. PIC will clean the interior of the RIC.

Observed the floor behind the hot water heater not free from an accumulation of debris. CA: The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products. PIC will have the floor cleaned.
