Observed certified food safety manager certificate posted in the kitchen instead of posted in public view. CA: The original CFSM certificate shall be posted in public view in each food service establishment. An additional copy shall be retained on file at the food service establishment at all times, and shall be made available for inspection by the Health Authority. PIC will post CFSM certificate in public view.

Observed no allergy disclosure statement for customers to view. CA: The permit holder shall notify consumers by written notification of the presence of major food allergens as an ingredient in unpackaged food items that are served or sold to the consumer. PIC will create an allergy disclosure for customer viewing.

Observed microwave with rusted buildup and cracked surfaces. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be free of unnecessary ledges, projections, and crevices, and designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and to facilitate maintenance. PIC will replace microwave at self serve counter.
