Observed employee's drink on the prep top table. CA: Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, use tobacco products and electronic devices shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination. PIC removed the drinks to a designated area for employee's items.

Observed dead pests in main kitchen area and storage closet. CA: Dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents, and other pests shall be removed from control devices and the premises at a frequency that prevents their accumulation, decomposition, or the attraction of pests. PIC will remove pests in facility.
