Observed the interior of the ice machine not clean to ight or touch. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. PIC will have the ice machine cleaned.

Observed the facility had no written consumer notification of the presence of major food allergens in unpackaged food items. CA: The permit holder shall notify consumers by written notification of the presence of major food allergens as an ingredient in unpackaged food items that are served or sold to the consumer. PIC was provided with a copy of the Food Allergens and Allergen Awareness handout.
15B - warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips

Observed no test kit or other device that accurately measure the concentration of sanitizing solution provided. CA: Warewashing Equipment, Determining Chemical Sanitizer Concentration. Concentration of the sanitizing solution shall be accurately determined by using a test kit or other device. PIC will purchase a test kit to measure the concentration of the sanitizer.
