Observed utensils located in the employee handwashing sink. CA: A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. PIC removed the utensils from the sink.

Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(d) - food storage containers identified with common name of food (c)
Observed flour in a storge container not labeled with the common name. CA: Except for containers holding food that can be readily and unmistakably recognized, such as dry pasta, working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from their original packages for use in the food establishment, such as cooking oils, flour, herbs, potato flakes, salt, spices, and sugar shall be clearly and legibly identified, in English, with the common name of the food. PIC labeled the container.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean

Observed the table under the oven not free from an accumulation of debris. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. PIC had the table cleaned.

Observed the RICs not free from an accumulation of food debris. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. PIC will have the RICs cleaned.

Regulation: 511-6-1.06(5)(q) - cleaning receptacles, in manner to prevent contamination and build-up (c)
Observed the dumpster area not free from an accumulation of debris. CA: Soiled receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to prevent them from developing a buildup of soil or becoming attractants for insects and rodents. PIC will have the dumpster area cleaned.
