Observed the floor not clean to sight or touch. CA: Except as specified under subsection (2)(d) of this Rule and except for antislip floor coverings or applications that may be used for safety reasons, floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. PIC will have the floor cleaned.

Observed the lid on the ice machine with a thick residue. CA: n equipment such as ice bins and beverage dispensing nozzles and enclosed components of equipment such as ice makers, cooking oil storage tanks and distribution lines, beverage and syrup dispensing lines or tubes, coffee bean grinders, and water vending equipment: Absent manufacturer specifications, at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. PIC will have the lid of the ice machine cleaned.

Observed low water pressure in women's restroom. CA: Water under pressure shall be provided to all fixtures, equipment, and nonfood equipment that are required to use water except that water supplied as specified under subsection (1)(k)1 and 2 to a temporary food service operation or in response to a temporary interruption of a water supply need not be under pressure. PIC will have water pressure repaired.
