Observed missing dates from the daily record keeping of the pool. The last documented date was 6-2-2026. CA: A safety self-inspection shall be conducted daily by the trained operator or responsible person and documented on a log sheet. PIC will make sure that records are kept up to date daily.

Observed the pH in the pool at 6.8. CA: During operation, the pH is less than the minimum or more than the maximum levels allowed in DPH Rule 511-3-5-.l7. PIC will have pH maintained at 7.2-7.8.

Observed missing signatures and missing testing on daily recordkeeping documents. CA: A safety self-inspection shall be conducted daily by the trained operator or responsible person and documented on a log sheet. PIC will have pool operators provide completed, consistent documentation.

Observed no daily water testing log. CA: The trained operator or responsible person shall collect water samples from the water in the pool for monitoring. An in-line sampling port may be used for water held in reservoirs. The water quality testing frequency shall be as follows: PIC will have water testing logs available for inspection.

Observed handrail on east end of pool loose and unsecured. CA: Handrails, if removable, shall be installed in such a way that they cannot be removed without the use of tools. PIC will have handrail secured to deck.
