Observed facility utilizing key drops from truck delivery without a key drop delivery agreement on site. CA: Person in charge must maintain key drop agreement on site when receiving key drop deliveries. Must be corrected within 10 days

Observed no verifiable employee health policy onsite or documentation that employee area aware of their responsibility to inform managers of symptoms and illnesses that are transmissible through food. CA: The PIC must provide documentation or otherwise satisfactorily demonstrate during the inspection, that all food employees and conditional employees are informed of their responsibility to report to management information about their health and activities as it relates to diseases that are transmissible through food. Must be corrected in 10 days.
