2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(b) - hand drying provision (pf)
Observed no paper towels at both handwashing sinks. EH educated PIC and staff on the importance of having drying provisions at handwash sink at all times. PIC filled paper towel holder.
4-2A - food stored covered
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(c)1(iv) - packaged & unpackaged food, food stored covered(c)
Observed multiple food service items uncovered throughout the facility. Areas and items include, ice cream perp area, reach in cooler under ice cream perp area, tomatoes in walk in cooler. PIC had staff cover items.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(b) - food contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency (p, c)
Observed build up in ice machine. EH went over procedures with PIC on cleaning frequency of ice machine. PIC stated ice machine would be cleaned by 1/26/2026. 1/27/2026- EH observed that ice machine had been cleaned.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

Observed multiple areas in facility in need of cleaning (ice cream prep area, fryer, prep top cooler, and drive thru drinking station. EH explained and educated PIC on areas that needed cleaning. Cleaning should be done by 1/26/2026. 1/27/2026- EH observed that these areas had been cleaned.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean

Observed fryer, perp top area, self-serve drink station, floor in freezer, walls, and drive thru area in need of cleaning. EH educated PIC on cleaning frequency throughout the facility. Cleaning should be done by 1/26/2026. 1/27/2026- EH observed this area had been cleaned.
