Observed non TCS Soy Sauce stored on the floor near the dry storage area.
CA: Items were placed on a stack of oils that were at least 6 inches from the ground.

Observed the bottom of bowls stored atop food product in the Prep Top Cooler (green onions) and in the crock (fried rice).
CA: Items were removed and placed in appropriate areas that prevent contamination.
