Observed raw chicken being thawed in the prep sink under running water at 70 degrees F or less, then the water was turned off by an employee.
CA: Water was turned back on and allowed to run over the thawing chicken.

Observed a container of oil stored on the floor in the kitchen area.
CA: Item was placed on a shelf by an employee.

Observed rows of to-go pans (aluminum) stored unprotected and without any overhead protection on a storage rack above the hot line.
