Observed food boxes stored on the floor in the outside shed.
RCA: Ensure all food items are stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
12B - personal cleanliness
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(5)(j) - hair restraints (c)
Observed both employees working at the time missing hair restraints prepping and serving food.
RCA: Ensure all employees are wearing proper hair restraints when working in the kitchen.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored

Observed to-go items and single use cups stored on the floor in the kitchen and storage shed.
RCA: Keep items at least 6 inches off the floor.

RCA: Keep utensils in water at 135F, under constantly running water, or in no water at all and clean between each use.

Observed drink with lid and a straw stored above ketchup packets.
RCA: Move employee items to a designated area low and stored away from any food product to eliminate contamination.
