CA: Employee moved chemical low away from food items

Observed cardboard being used as shelf protection in the walk-in cooler.
RCA: Remove the cardboard from the walk-in cooler and replace with proper shelf protection.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed shelving with pans stored on them with visible rust and paint flaking. Observed ceiling panels with excessive dust near and around vent areas.
RCA: Clean and repair/paint shelving to ensure cleanability on a regular basis. Clean and dust fans to prevent dust contamination with food.
