Observed food containers and boxes stored on the floor in the freezer, in the main kitchen by the hand sink, and in the main kitchen under a table stored where the sugar is kept.
RCA: Store items at least 6" off the ground to prevent contamination.
12B - personal cleanliness

Observed watch on wrist of employee prepping food.
RCA: No employee that is prepping food shall have jewlery, watches, or any item on their wrists.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(4)(b) - designated areas for employee activity, located to prevent contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, & single service articles (c)
Observed employee cup with lid and straw stored above food contact surfaces and hot hold unit.
