No CFSM certificate posted. CFSM certificate shall be posted in public view in each food service establishment. PIC notified Health Authority that managers would be taking certified food safety course soon. Get a new CFSM within 90 days.

Gasket broken on front drive through cooler. Replace gasket to keep in good repair and proper adjustment.
