Observed cracked/blackened caulking around tub and shower combos, and at hand sinks. Smoothly reseal/recaulk fixtures. Correct by 6/21/26
24 - openings to outside and physical facilities protected by tight-fitting doors, screening, or other means

Observed gaps in bathroom window frames, around thru wall AC units and front doors. Fill, cover or seal gaps to prevent pest entry by 6/21/26
25 - floors, walls, ceilings, windows, doors clean, and in good repair; appropriate for location and operation

Observed water-stained ceiling in Room 1. Need to replace ceiling or repaint ceiling by 6/21/26
35 - electrical work and materials in compliance; grounded and weatherproof outlets, properly located power lines

Observed missing electrical outlet cover in Room 11. Replace cover with spare
