Observed cole slaw, mayo, and ranch at 48 degrees F in reach in cooler. Cooler ambient temp was 52 degrees F. C/A - have cooler serviced so it can hold a safe cold hold temperature of at least 41 degrees F or colder for TCS foods. COS - manager tossed all TCS food in cooler
