Observed paint peeling on counter next to hallway. CA: Repaint area so that it is smooth and easily cleanable.

Observed crumb accumulation in drawers/areas around the kitchen. CA: Clean thoroughly.

Observed damaged floor tiles throughout the kitchen. CA: Repair/replace floor tiles. Observed unwrapped insulation on air return in back area next to ice machine. CA: Rewrap air return. Observed damaged wall in beverage area. CA: Repair/replace wall board.
