Observed handsink not stocked with soap. C/A - keep handsink fully stocked at all times. COS - manager restocked soap.

Observed water bottles left packed on floor of storage room and walk in cooler. C/A - store all food and drink at least 6 inches above floor.
15B - warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(3)(h),(i),(j) - temperature measuring device, manual warewashing; sanitizing solutions, testing device (pf)
Observed quat sanitizer being tested with chlorine strips. C/A - obtain quat test strips for quat sanitizer.
