Wet wiping cloths shall be stored in a sanitizer of appropriate stregnth. Observed two wet wiping clothes in the market area stored in a sanitizer solution that had 0ppm bleach. PIC remade sanitizer solution so that it read 100ppm. Also observed wet wiping cloth being stored outside of sanitizer solution in kitchen area, PIC placed cloth back in sanitizer.
