Observed dented cans in dry storage area along seal ring and extensive dent within can body with sharp edges creating conditions for spoilage. Employees were educated on importance of checking condition of cans upon delivery and proper process to segregate and receive credit. Employees removed cans and segregated for return to distributor.

Estalishment shall prevent pests such as flies, roaches, rodents and other pests. Observed large flies in the kitchen area, dry storage area and warewashing, also observed smaller drain flies in bar area and warewashing area. Continuing working with licensed pest control regarding rodent issue in entire building.

All chemicals removed from original containers shall be labeled with the common name of the substance. Observed multiple spray bottles and squeeze bottles with various chemicals in them unlabeled. PIC applied the correct label to all items.
