FRONT HAND WASHING SINK DID NOT HAVE DRYING PROVISIONS; BACK HAND WASHING SINK WAS BLOCKED WITH BAKER TOWER. HAND WASHING STATIONS MUST BE ACCESSIBLE AND STOCKED WITH HAND DRYING PROVISIONS TO ENSURE EMPLOYEES DO NOT RE-CONTAMINTAE CLEAN HANDS BY DRYING ON UNCLEAN SURFACES.
