Observed employee drink stored in single-use cup without a lid or straw that was stored over single-use utensils. COS. Removed. CA: Employee drinks shall be stored in single-use containers with a lid and a straw and shall be handled to prevent contamination of food and food contact surfaces.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed that employee had dumped a drink in the hand sink at the waiter station and observed that one of the hand sinks was blocked by a cart. COS. Staff educated on sink use and sinks unblocked. CA: Hand sinks shall be kept clear and accessible and only used for the purpose of washing hands.
10D - food properly labeled; original container

Observed that the facility did not have a written notification of major food allergens. CA: Facility shall have written notification of the major food allergens used in the facility.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
Observed bowls without handles being used as scoops and stored in the product. COS. Removed. CA: Scoops shall have handles and the handles shall be stored above the level of the product, if kept in the product.
14C - single-use/single-service articles: properly stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(e)1&3 - single-service/single-use items stored 6" off floor in clean, dry location (c)
Observed single-use items stored on the ground in the shipping container. CA: Single-use items shall be stored at least six inches off the ground and in a place/manner that prevent contamination.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(a) - floor, walls, & ceilings, cleanability (c)
Observed that the ceiling tiles at the bar and in the bathroom were absorbent drop-in tiles; the walls at the bar are dark in color and not easily seen if dirty; facility is using a shipping container for storage outside, but the floors, walls, and ceilings are not easily cleanable. CA: Floors, walls, and ceilings shall be easily cleanable.
