19 - adequate turnover rate
Regulation: 511-3-5-.07(1)(a) - (a) the equipment for a swimming pool shall be of adequate size to turn over the entire pool water capacity. the turnover rate for pools constructed after the adoption of this chapter shall not exceed the sum of one and one-half times the average wat
The turnover is not sufficient for the pool size. The turnover must be at least 98 gpm. The equipment for a swimming pool shall be of adequate size to turn over the entire pool water capacity. The turnover rate for pools constructed after the adoption of this chapter shall not exceed the sum of one and one-half times the average water depth in feet; where the number of hours is equal to the number feet calculated, or exceed once every six hours whichever is less. Unless the rate is otherwise specified in subsection (b) below. This system shall be designed to give the proper turnover rate based on the manufacturer's recommended maximum pressure flow of the filter in dirty media condition of the filter, immediately prior to cleaning the filter. Must be corrected prior to routine inspection.
17 - skimmers/gutters maintained and operable
Regulation: 511-3-5-.11(3)(d) - (d) each skimmer shall have a weir that adjusts automatically to variations in water level over a minimum range of four inches.
A weir is not present in each skimmer. CPO indicates the weirs continue to float out. Each skimmer shall have a weir that adjusts automatically to variations in water level over a minimum range of four inches.
29 - toilets & lavatories: clean, maintained, and stocked
Regulation: 511-3-5-.19(2)(i) - (i) soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue shall be provided in all dispensers.
Soap is not available in the men's restroom. The toilet paper is not present on a dispenser in the restrooms. Soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue shall be provided in all dispensers.
