The turnover is not adequate for the pool type and size. The equipment for a swimming pool shall be of adequate size to turn over the entire pool water capacity. The turnover rate for pools constructed after the adoption of this chapter shall not exceed the sum of one and one-half times the average water depth in feet; where the number of hours is equal to the number feet calculated, or exceed once every six hours whichever is less. Unless the rate is otherwise specified in subsection (b) below. This system shall be designed to give the proper turnover rate based on the manufacturer's recommended maximum pressure flow of the filter in dirty media condition of the filter, immediately prior to cleaning the filter. Must be corrected prior to routine inspection. Must be corrected by routine inspection.

The rope and float line is not present between the shallow and deep portions of the pool. Rope and Float Line. A rope and float line shall be provided within one foot of and on the shallow side of the break in grade between the shallow and deep portions of the swimming pool, with its position marked with visible floats at intervals of seven feet or less.

There is an eye inlet cover missing on the deep end of the pool. Replace inlet cover.

Observed that the pool is not turning over fast enough. CA: Pool shall have adequate turnover rate for the pool type.

Observed that the pool did not have a float line at break going towards to the deep end. CA: There shall be a float line provided within one foot of the break on the shallow end of the pool, marked with visible floats.

Observed that skimmers did not have weirs. CA: Skimmers shall have weirs that automatically adjust.

Observed that the facility does not have the proper pool risks/rules posted. CA: Facility shall have the pool risks posted in at least inch tall lettering.
