Corrective Action: Discussed proper cold-holding methods with PIC. The bottles were found to be less than 2 hours old and were relocated to the walk-in cooler to rapidly cool back down to 41 deg F. Discussed different methods for holding dressings at 41 deg F or using time as a public health control if unable to maintain the dressings at 41 deg F or below.
