Observed multiple spray bottles containing chemicals without proper labeling. CA: Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials must be clearly labeled with the common name of the material. COS: The CFSM labeled the spray bottles with the common names of the materials.

Observed soda nozzles with black build-up. Corrective Action: Discussed cleaning procedure and frequency with PIC. PIC removed all nozzles and washed, rinsed and sanitized. PIC will train all food service employees. Also discussed cleaning bottom surfaces of individual soda nozzles.

Observed opened package of hot dogs without date marking. Corrective Action: Discussed date marking requirements with PIC. PIC was unsure when package was opened. Hot dogs were discarded. PIC will discuss proper date marking with all food service employees.
