Observed sanitizer cloth bucket measured at 0 ppm chlorine. CA: Sanitizer for cloth buckets must be held at 100ppm chlorine between uses. COS: PIC adjusted sanitizer to 100ppm chlorine as required.

Observed only hot water provided at hand sink, no cold water. This makes proper handwashing extremely difficult due to the high temperature of the water. Corrective Action: PIC was notified. Water valves were adjusted to allow proper hot and cold water to both hand sink and dish sink as required.

Observed sanitizer for cloth bucket too strong. Chlorine sanitizer measured at over 200 ppm. Corrective Action: PIC was notified. Sanitizer bucket was adjusted to 100ppm chlorine as required. PIC was instructed to use test strips to ensure sanitizers are at proper strength at all times.
