Observed employee wearing multiple bracelets/ rings on their hand/ arm while preparing food. CA: Discussed personal jewelry with PIC - only a plain ring may be worn while preparing food. The employee removed all jewelry and properly washed hands prior to returning to food prep.

Observed missing ceiling tiles in rear kitchen with exposed pipes and ductwork near vegetable sink. Per PIC, the air conditioning unit was replaced and the surrounding ceiling repair has been delayed. Corrective Action: Discussed with PIC. Ceiling must be repaired so that lines and pipes may not be unnecessarily exposed. This will be rechecked by the Health Department in 30 days.

Observed missing ceiling tile over three compartment sink and ice maker in rear kitchen. Corrective Action: Discussed with PIC. The missing ceiling tiles must be replaced so that the ceiling is properly sealed. This will be rechecked by the Health Department.
