Observed frozen condensation from overhead compressor in walk-in freezer dripping and accumulating onto boxes of frozen food products. Corrective Action: CFSM is aware of freezer condensation issue and has submitted a work request for repairs. Frozen food items were found to be sealed in plastic within boxes, no direct contamination observed. However, discussed with CFSM and employees relocating all food items in freezer away from leaking compressor to prevent possible food contamination until repairs are complete. This will be rechecked.

Observed several potentially hazardous TCS foods cold held above 41 degrees in walk in cooler. Apple juice 44, grape juice 45, mayonnaise 50, sliced cheese 41, cream cheese 47, butter 45, shredded cheese 44. CA: CFSM discarded all TCS foods held longer than 4 hours prior. TCS foods found to have been cold held less than 4 hours prior were relocated to operating reach in coolers. CFSM will have walk in cooler serviced and will notify Health department when repairs are complete and written documentation has been obtained.
