Observed personal drinks located on prep table and not in single use cup with lid and straw. CA: discussed location and type of containers for personal cups with pic/CFSM-cups were removed and discarded

Observed wet wiping cloth hanging on shelf with bottle of sanitizer spray in dish area. Corrective Action: PIC was notified and educated on proper storage of wiping cloths. Cloths should be held between using in an approved chemical sanitizer solution at a concentration specified by the GA DPH Food Code. The wiping cloth was discarded by PIC.
