All items in the cooler were greater than 4 hours old; therefore, all TCS founds found to be at a temperature greater than 41 F were discarded. The facility will not use the walk-in cooler for storage of potentially hazardous TCS foods until properly repaired by a licensed professional and rechecked by the Health Department.
