Observed mixing pitchers were being rinsed with hot water between uses and washed, rinsed, and sanitized at COB. Advised PIC to ensure blender pitchers are wash, rinsed, and sanitized a minimum of every four hours.

Facility used a cleaning agent that requires rinsed after use on a food contact surface to disinfect the dining tables. Advised PIC that dining tables are food contact surfaces and shall be cleaned and disinfected :
(i) A two step method in which one cloth, rinsed in sanitizing solution is used to clean food debris from the surface and a second cloth in separate sanitizing solution is used to rinse;
(ii) Sanitizing solution is sprayed onto the surface and the surface is then wiped clean with a disposable towel;
(iii) If used for cleaning and sanitizing, single-use disposable sanitizer wipes shall be used in accordance with EPA-registered label use instructions.

Observed cleaning agent on prep top surfaces. COS- all cleaners were placed on shelves and cabinet designated for cleaner storage. Advised PIC to keep vegetable wash on bottom shelf of prep sink table and obtain vegetable wash test strips.
Initial
