LITTLE MILL MIDDLE SCHOOL

Inspector observed employee sweater and employee water bottle (sweet tea) on top/touching Food Service Items (baking sheets & utensil pans)(Location: bottom shelf of work table - at the ovens nearest the walk-in cooler). COS PIC Removed items and instructed employee where to store belongings. PIC pulled baking sheets & utensil pans to be washed, rinsed, & sanitized. CA: Employees shall use designated areas to store personal belongings.

Observed a light gap at exterior door in the main kitchen. Advised to have the door maintained to be "self-closing and tight fitting" to prevent possible entry of pests. Work order put in for the door. Door still not properly maintained.

Observed an insufficient air gap at 4 compartment sink, all prep sinks. Advised to have a minimum air gap of at least 1 inch at all Food contact equipment. (Including but not limited to dish sinks, prep sinks, Dish Machines, condensate lines).
