Regulation: 511-6-1.03(6) - clean-up of vomiting and diarrheal events(pf)
Facility does not have an EPA registered disinfectant effective against norovirus in their pre-purchased kit. Also, facility does not have the bleach disinfectant (of at least 5.25%) for their additional vomit diarrhea cleanup SOP (stating bleach for the disinfectant). CA: A registered disinfectant effective against Norovirus available on-site at the food service establishment when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events. Inspector will verify within 48 hours that facility has obtained disinfectant.

Inspector observed brunswick stew in a single-use plastic pickle container. CA: Single-use articles may not be reused.
