Regulation: 511-6-2-.08(4) - toilet facilities-cleaning and maintenance
Inspector observed tub faucet leaking, sink stopper in disrepair, toilet roll holder in disrepair, and metal tile/hatch not closed to be flush. Corrective action: Toilet rooms and fixtures shall be kept clean and maintained in good repair
17 - proper ventilation; no sign of mold, mildew, odors or moisture
Regulation: 511-6-2-.08(5) - toilet and bathing ventilation
Inspector observed dust accumulations on guest restroom vents (rooms 103, 112, & 121). Corrective action: Toilet facility vents must be cleaned at a frequency to prevent the accumulations of dust
26 - ventilation provided and lighting adequate; guestroom kitchenettes/cooking facilities approved
Regulation: 511-6-2-.14(3) - room ventilation
Inspector observed A/C filters had not been cleaned between guest stays, with visible accumulations of dust on the A/C filters. Corrective action: A/C filters shall be cleaned between guest stays, and cleaned at a frequency to preclude the accumulations of dust
32 - separate, structurally sound, clean, and in good repair: dryers vented and adequate lighting
Regulation: 511-6-2-.17(1) - laundry facilities
Inspector observed a hole in the ceiling above the clean linen storage. Corrective action: A storage area or room shall be required to store clean linens and laundry at least a minimum of 6-inches off the floor and be free of pests, vermin, dust and moisture; laundry facilities shall be of sound construction, and shall be kept clean, and in good repair
